Sea and mountains. With a long look we wanted to reach the two latitudes by synthesizing them in this small, extraordinary angle of Maremma, in Pescia Romana.
A good retreat
Simple, compact, the residence will have the classic form of old Tuscan farmhouses without sacrificing a contemporary note.
A 130 sqm good retreat, in addition to the 200 sqm property. To connote the space, we imprinted the spirit of the sea on the façades – striped with portholes as if it were a vintage cabin – and the relaxing and minimalist spirit of the cabins in the interiors, enhancing them with a light palette, typical of rural dwellings where the surrounding landscape is what stands out.
